1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in calisthenics, fitness, and athletic events involves physical exertion and carries a risk of injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.

2. Medical Clearance: I confirm that I am physically fit to participate and have not been advised otherwise by a medical professional.

3. Liability Waiver: I release and hold harmless RipRight LLC, event staff, judges, sponsors, and venue hosts from any liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from my participation, including but not limited to injuries, loss, or damages.

4. Media Release: I grant permission for event organizers to use photos or videos of me from the event for promotional or commercial purposes.

5. Code of Conduct: I agree to compete respectfully and abide by the rules of the event. Any misconduct may result in disqualification without refund.

6. Support the Movement: I understand that the registration fee goes directly toward organizing this event and supporting the growth of calisthenics as a competitive sport in the U.S. For that reason, the fee is non-refundable, even if I am unable to attend. By registering, I acknowledge that I’m not only signing up to compete—but also contributing to something bigger than myself.
