Competition Structure
1️⃣ Regional Qualifiers
Rep your city at 1 of 8 regional qualifiers. Only the top 50 athletes nationwide will advance. Show up, throw down, and secure your spot!
2️⃣ Semi-Finals
The top qualifiers battle it out—The competition heats up as only the best 8 athletes will move on to the finals!
3️⃣ 🏁 Grand Final in NYC
This is it—the final showdown. The top 8 athletes compete head-to-head in a 1v1 double-elimination bracket in New York City.
$10,000 in total prizes awarded to the top 3 athletes.
The top 50 athletes from the Opens will compete to make it to the Final Championship.
Complete the following routine for time:
25 Strict Muscle Ups
100 Strict Pushups
Muscle Up Penalty: +25sec
Pushups Penalty: +5sec
Form is extremely important. Train smart. Only the top 8 fastest times will qualify for the Championship.
The Top 8 Athletes Will Battle In The Finalist Bracket.
The Routines are TBA. It may include these calisthenics exercises and their variations: Pullup, pushups, dips, muscle ups, burpees, and squats.
